Please help with Sonos Arc, Error 1101

Hello, I purchased the Sonos ARC two days ago. Despite all possible attempts, I have not been able to connect it (ERROR 1101)

If it might help, I live in Poland, using internet from NETIA provider, with a Huawei HG8245X6-10 modem and iOS devices. Please help.

I had this same problem with a Sonos Move and Sonos Roam. 

Waited an hour over the phone today for Sonos Support but they helped me fix it. 

Try this: download the desktop version of Sonos and try setting up your device(s) there. For some reason, the desktop version allowed me to update the device software and get each device working properly on my account (while the mobile version did not). 

Now both desktop and mobile apps are working with my devices all showing and playing correctly. 

Worth a try.
