Hi guys. This isn’t a query regarding the arc ultra as such but I’m wondering if anyone is playing MKV files from Infuse Pro. I can get audio via airplay from my MacBook Pro to my Sony Bravia tv/arc ultra but it’s not Atmos. Video will not play at all. I’m obviously missing something (apart from the knowledge what to do) but it’s getting increasingly frustrating. Without getting too technical (as I won’t have a clue) has anyone had similar experiences and/or solutions. Many thanks.

MKV is a container format, your problem likely lies with the audio/video codecs it uses. I would ask on an Infuse Pro forum (whatever that is).
