PLAYBASE VOLUME BUTTONS NOT WORKING

I use to be avle to adjust volume on the playbase via the buttons on the top but now dont seem to be working. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I don’t think so, where in the Sonos app can I find the settings for audio buttons?
