Playbase Flashing Green but wont connect

I have been trying to connect my play base to the S2 since being out of the country travelling. It is flashing green but is not discoverable on either app. This seems to be a problem with Playbases having looked at threads. Is there a fix now?

If @SarahN’s advice helped, but you can’t connect to your Playbase once you remove the ethernet cable, or if the advice didn’t help at all, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team for assistance.

I bought a Playbase a year ago and needed to wire it to my router in order for the S2 app to see it. Once it was connected, I withdraw the ethernet cable and moved it to the upstairs location. It has been fine ever since.
