After update to new version 
Playbase can't connect to WiFi; only works with ethernet cable. 
Everything I tried failed.

 

Do you you have any suggestions?

It would be a big coincidence but the wifi card might have failed. Generate a diagnostics report and contact Sonos support.

Keep it connected with a cable if possible. I have always had my soundbar hardwired to my network. Never had connection issues.


Hi.  Which WiFi bands is your router running?  2.4GHz and 5GHz?

WiFi is enabled on the Playbase?


Router(Fritz.Box) supports both and for sure in Sonos App WLAN is activated for Playbase.
