My TV group (Playbase, Sub and 2 Play1’s) has periodic audio dropouts during streaming of audio when grouped with other speakers. It works fine when not in a group and when playing TV audio.  This is new with the latest update, but did occurred in very early updates.  The Playbase is wired to my router, but WIFi is turned on.

What speakers are dropping out? My suspicion is wifi interference , but there are other, more remote possibilities.

I would certainly recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

To answer your question, the complete TV group drops out, for only 10 sec or so. All other speakers in the house continue to play. The Playbase is directly wired to my router.
I’ll take your advice with contacting Sonos Support.
