Moved and reconnection is not

occuring. Tried everything 

What is “everything”?


Factory reset all. Connecting to my new

Network. Used the old app. Used the new app. Found certain products and then lost them. Made a new account. 
App found one sl and then it needed update and said it could not find network. Then it disappeared. 
started a new system. Then joined an existing system.

playbar is not being found at all now

 

im going to call support tomorrow. Ive wasted about 4-5 hours of time this weekend. Nothing has lead me to connect each product to new network and when it confirms its connected. Then it says its not connected. And lose it. Very frustrated
