cannot connect Sonos playbar wirelessly with new sky hub router. it connects with Ethernet but then cannot establish Wi-Fi connection. I have factory reset the playbar, and Apple Music plays through playbar via Sonos 2 app. I have reset router and altered security protocol and even tried it via sky WiFi extension hub upstairs but cannot achieve a WiFi connection. Any other suggestions please 

Can you not leave it connected on Ethernet? I know it doesn’t solve the WiFi question but if it works…?

Have you got WiFi enabled in the Playbar settings?

Also, if you have split WiFi, ensure you’re connecting to the 2.4ghz WiFi.


Here are some WiFi details. Make sure that the router is set to share data between the 2.4 and 5GHz segments because your phone/pad is likely to prefer 5GHz.
