playbar skipping when streaming movies

When streaming movies my playbar audio stutters badly. Turning off/on the power fixes the problem until I pause or change movies. 
 

connected to a Samsung TV through a sourcebox. 
 

no problems with xbox, Nintendo or music. 
 

also no problems on same network connected to my lg tv.

I'm assuming by “Sourcebox” you mean a HDMI switcher?

Are you using the same quality of cable for both TVs?

What length are the cables? Is the one for the Samsung longer than the one for the LG?

Are all connections seated properly?

Hi sorry it’s called a „One connect box“ from Samsung. It was included with the tv.
