Hi I was recently conned buying what I thought was a new Sonos soundbar on marketplace .. it looked like the box was unopened however a month later I opened it to find it doesn’t work .. it won’t power up . I know without looking it’s hard to tell if it’s worth trying to fix .. I’ve already lost $350 so don’t want to get hit up for that again . Should I just accept defeat ? Is it worth anything to anyone ?
playbar not working
Playbars are really old, haven't been sold new for years now.
Call Sonos support and ask, the call is free.
Other option is to sell on ebay for parts, maybe not worth the effort.
Make sure that the power plug is fully seated in PLAYBAR’s socket.

What kind of marketplace do you use? Is there no warranty or return policy?
