I currently have a surround sonos set up (playbase, sub, 2 sonos one speakers). Can i replace one of my current sonos one speakers with an era 300 without any issues?

Not if those Ones are set up as surround speaker. All surround speakers are required to be the same model (line), you can’t mix and match.

Oh, the same thing with stereo pairs. You could group them, though, just not pair them together.
