Pairing,, that is what you did to the 300s. As they are now Paired they are not available to be added to the ARC Ultra Room.
If you want to do that unPair them and then you can add them as the Arc's surrounds.

You are not able to add a stereo pair as surrounds. You must separate the pairing first:

The 300s will show up as separate room initially, but when they join the Arc Ultra, they will become a single room.
