I have a Sonos Beam soundbar hooked upp to my Samsung Smart TV.  I would like a use it for various other stereo components with Optical outputs. If the Beam ONLY has ONE optical input, how would I achieve this??

You likely just need an optical switch - see this link, chosen randomly via a quick search, as one such example:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/LiNKFOR-Switcher-Supports-Dolby-AC3-Compatible/dp/B07MLQ88PV

Alternatively look to perhaps connect your other audio devices to the TV HDMI input ports instead.
