I have an Onkyo TX-RZ50 AV Receiver and it won’t recognize the Sonos Port.  The Port

is plugged into the CD input jack. During the setup of Hardware, the receiver doesn’t

allow “works with Sonos” to light up.  Has Onkyo had a computer glitch with the particular

receiver?

You did the Sonos steps on page 103 and 104 here?

Thank you for getting back to me so quick.

I followed the steps on page 103.  The weird thing is that I can see “works with Sonos”

in light print, but I’m not able to highlight it and press enter.  The remote just bypasses it

and goes back up to the top.


Sounds like a support call is in your future, I’d start with the AVR folks.


I am having the same issue. Were you able to get it resolved? If so, can you tell me how you fixed it?
