i have an arc ultra with with an old subwoofer. Can I pair the old subwoofer with the sub gen 4 in my home theater?

You probably should have read the FAQ on the Sonos sales page for the Arc Ultra, where it says:
Which generations of Sub are compatible with Arc Ultra?
All generations of Sub and Sub Mini are compatible with Arc Ultra. A dual Sub setup requires Sub 4 and/or Sub (Gen 3).
