Not connecting to Tv

Hello,

I purchased Sonos speakers four months ago, and I've had this problem ever since. My Sonos Arc, Sub, and Era 300 surround speakers are connected to my wifi network, and I have a Samsung Q7 Series 4K UHD QLED LCD TV. My TV speakers are connected to receivers when I'm watching something, not to the Sonos speakers I made.

I've made several attempts to connect to Living Speakers, but each time it disconnects immediately. In the interim, my HDMI is connected to my Apple TV.

Is ARC or eARC turned on in your TV’s settings? Are you using the provided by Sonos HDMI cable? Have you reseated this HDMI cable at both ends? Is this HDMI cable connected to the ARC port on the TV? Have you called Sonos Support directly to discuss it?

I don't even see a mention of the HDMI being connected to the Arc, and without that, there's no way for the TV audio to get to the Arc.
