Not Connecting over Ruckus Access Point

Equipment available at Client Site - JIO Router, DLink Switch and Ruckus Access Point.  error shows check your internet connecting and try again but other system works fine.

Client doesn’t have additional ethernet wiring so can’t connect Sonos ARC to ethernet. 

 

Need help If i get set setting inbetween JIO Router, D Link switch and Ruckus (R350) access Point.  urgent support Required.

Unfortunately this a community forum, some Sonos employees do drop in but hardly ever at the weekend, suggest that you either contact the supplier of the network hardware or Sonos direct by telephone.

 

Edit, it’s quite unlikely that Sonos support would have the hardware to hand to understand your Clients problem.

It’s an access point, it’s unlikely to be supported.
