I would like to use two non-Sonos speakers for my rear surround. Please recommend me suitable products to be used for rear speakers,

compatible with my Sonos arc.

Couldn’t you use a Sonos Amp, bonded to the Sonos Arc, to drive your choice of third party speakers?

This is not possible, you can only use sonos speakers.

Surrounds connect to the Sonos soundbar by a dedicated 5ghz network. You can’t just add non-Sonos surrounds. (Edit - other than via the route suggested below.)

The Sonos Amp is the start of the solution, then any speakers you like that have compatible specifications will work.

Also know that when the Amp is used to drive rear speakers as surrounds no other Sonos functions applicable to the Amp are available such as:

  • Line-in
  • Sub out
  • The speakers attached cannot be used independent of the Arc
  • No communication via a voice assistant
