No wifi on Arc

My sonos Arc does not connect to wifi anymore. I have try to reset my router many time . And it’s impossible to factory reset my Arc exept if i plug it into the ethernet port .When i try to factory reset the arc wireless ( no ethernet cable ) the light blinking amber and and came solid white but never came blinking green ( pairing mode ) but when i plug the ethernet cable everything is fine.

Welcome to the Sonos Community and apologies for the late reply.

Sorry to hear your Arc seems to no longer connect to your WiFi. I had a quick look into your system and can see the Arc as connected, but wont show in the diagnostics you submitted previously. Best course of action would be to reach out to our technical support, who have tools available to look at this with you and advise on how to solve the connection problem.

Are you able to keep the Arc plugged into your network? If you are able to, why not make it permanent?

The white LED means its working properly. See here:

While you have the Arc connected by ethernet, go into its settings and check if WIFI is enabled.

No i don’t want to keep it plugged i have to move my router in an other room . I have my Arc for about 3 year and it never been plugged before until now and everything works fine
