What exactly are you watching? Can you take a screenshot of the TV’s current audio settings?

You aren’t going to hear much from the surrounds if you are not sending a 5.1 signal to your system.  You can check this on the Now Playing screen in the Sonos app.  Even with 5.1, the surrounds are not going to play what the fronts do.  Surrounds are for directional cues and ambient effects.  You aren’t going to hear much dialog or main soundstage from the surrounds.

I removed the sub and added again and the speakers worked but the sub didn’t. My plan is to remove everything and add again to see if it makes a difference.
