no power

What do i have to do to get power to my sonos ray soundbar initial setup.  I have everything connected i dont have an ethernet cable hooked to my tv.  Would this cause a problem with powering on.  I dont see any sort of power switch on soundbar

Is the Ray plugged into power? Is the Ray connected to your TV’s optical port? Have you run the TV Setup process in the Sonos app? Do you have TV Autoplay enabled under the Ray’s settings?

I have it pluged in but when i go on the ap and get to the search for devices part of the setup its not noticing the speaker

When you plug the Ray in, what color is the LED light on the speaker? Is it blinking?

If the LED doesn’t light up check that you have the power cord fully inserted. Some require a very firm push to fully seat.
