The source option for tv hdmi keeps disappearing on the app , one minute it works the next it doesn’t . Then when I click on the beam 2 in the control centre it cuts the sound off the tv .
the sonos five has stopped working also , any ideas ?

Hard to really tell, from the scant information provided. Have you submitted a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and called Sonos Support to discuss it?
There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.
When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
I’ve had to do this on more than one occasion , for since a high ticket problem this shouldn’t keep happening .
