Don’t know what a Sonos Arc s19 is???

However, are you saying there is no audio? Regardless of that...can you see the Arc in the Sonos App?

If by ‘electrical discharge’, you mean a power event, such as a lightning strike, or power surge by the electrical company, you may need to call Sonos Support to discuss it. like any other computer, the Sonos can be affected by electrical issues.
