My Sonos Arc/2 Era300 system keeps going to PCM 7.1 rather then Dolby Atmos even though the same DVD/Blu Ray/streaming movie showed Dolby Atmos in the past…..using Apple TV 4K and LG C series tv….

Try unplugging the Apple TV and Arc from power for about a minute.

What specific Atmos sources have you tested?
