my new sonos beam

So my beam is all set up with my tv. It looks like it’s playing sound but it’s not.

i have a Samsung tv

i can play music from the beam through the app but I can’t get any sound from the tv.

please can anyone help

In the Beam’s room settings in the app, try running through the option TV Setup.

What color is the Beam's LED?

Through the hdmi 3 

it was white

Hopefully the HDMI 3 is an ARC or eARC port?

Does the Controller's now-playing screen showed the Beam is getting sent audio?

There are several Samsung topics here that might have more on your TV settings, I don't know a lot about that.

Yes it’s eARC

yea and even on the tv it looks like I’m getting sound but nothing comes out
