LG TV turns on my Arc when streaming Spotify from iPhone

Hi Sonos Fans,

Proud owner of a Sonos Arc, my LG 4K OLED TV turns on my Arc when streaming Spotify from my iPhone 13.

Is that possible to only use the Arc without having it turning on the TV ?

The title of your thread here and the early initial paragraph of your post both say the TV turns on the Arc, but one part of your post then mentions things the other way around, that your Arc is switching on your TV? So it’s a little confusing🤔?

Are you using Spotify ‘Connect’, ‘Airplay’ or ‘Bluetooth’ connection? …. and if so what is the Spotify App device list showing? - maybe a screenshot from the Apps device list, showing the connection you are using, will help.
