LG OLED C1 amd Sonos ARC problem

Bought a Sonos Arc today and came home to set it up. Went through the setup instructions provided by GuitarSuperstar here:

The setup went smoothly except that the “Select HDMI Input Audio Format” option is greyed out and I can’t change it to ‘Bitstream’ as instructed - it’s still set at ‘PCM’. 
 

Not sure where to go with this.  :-/

Switch to the TV input that you’re looking to change (either HDMI 1-2-3 or 4) and then go back to the TV settings to change it for the connection you have switched to. See if that works for you.

Thank you - that worked!!

The odd thing is that the Arc HDMI connection was already set to “Bitstream” but when I checked my phone app right after setup it said “PCM”.
