LAST UPDATE VERSION 14.12

Currently the last update for the devices especially the Arc and the Sub has affected the audio quality and the strength of the sub among other details, I can't believe that even after so many complaints and reports they have not been able to resolve the situation or allow us to return to the previous version, everything was working perfect there was nothing to fix.

    There's a post on here with Frequency Response graphs, by the look of it the Sub has had it's frequencys shifted up, especially with True Play enabled.

    There was nothing wrong with with the previous update. Can you please turn the volume back up on the sub GEN 3 and the ARC

        This update has significantly altered the volume in my arc.  This was not good move by sonos.  Please address this issue

        As a rule, I'm not used to commenting on forums, however what's going on
        with the latest SONOS firmware update, I can't help but complain.

        I have a system made up of the ARC, Subwoofer gen3 and 2 ONE and I was
        totally captivated by the sound I got from movies in Dolby Atmos or music,
        albeit in stereo.

        After the auto-update, I immediately noticed the difference in sound and
        made the trueplay adjustment.

        my subwoofer was simply muted and completely overpowered by the ARC (it was
        already that way in a good way).

        The deep and accurate bass is gone, the bass is bright and balanced too, the
        mid-range are muffled,

        In fact, ARC is focused on the voices that are audible, however all the
        vibrant surroundings have disappeared, making this sound system a banality.

        An example is the album dire straits on the night - private investigations
        (live), which was previously reproduced in a vibrant and powerful way, has
        become banal.

        This whole situation is very sad, and I hope it can be reversed because this
        sound system has already proved to be capable of impressing and now it
        simply serves to improve the sound of the TV (system too expensive to do
        just that).

        Please note that I am not the only one thinking and experiencing this
        situation.

        Please SONOS resolve this situation.

          This update has ruined my system… Nothing from my sub, Have to turn volume up to 60 to even hear anything.  Had a party and was bragging on how awesome the system it, and go figure, the update ran the day before. I looked like a fool to my friends bragging on the incredible sound, and now on their 14.12 update, my radio is louder.  Nothing comes out of my sub at all either.  After this, I am not sure they will purchase the system I bragged so much on.   Please put my system back to where it was before this horrible update.
