My room is dead silent, I keep getting this error when doing ‘quick tune’ - “something went wrong, we were unable to custom tune your arc ultra. Please try again”. Only advanced tuning works fine. I’ve tried 5 different devices including android and iOS. 
 

I have Sonos arc ultra. Gen 4 sub, 2 x Era 300s 

What did Sonos Support say, when you called them?

I’m unsure why you want to do the more limited quick tune, when you’re already doing the more extended version of TruePlay using an iOS device….


I spent one hour on the phone with them. They were stumped. Their suggestion was that iOS 18 is not supported yet with truplay which I found hard to believe. 
 

I prefer quick tune, I make frequent adjustments to location of sub and speakers etc and I also prefer the ease of sitting in one spot to obtain the tuning rather than walking around my room waving my phone around
