Issue with upgrade from Arc to Arc Ultra

I’ve just replaced my Arc with the Arc Ultra in my home theatre set up (Arc Ultra, 2 x Era 300’s 1 x Sub mini) I just unplugged the Arc and plugged the Ultra into the same leads. Added the Ultra in the app, all ok. Now I can’t add the Era 300’s or the Mini. I have removed them from the original Arc set up, powered them off and rebooted the router and my phone, but still showing as not connected so I can’t addd them to the Ultra.

Is there an audio option that reads

HDMI out or HDMI Out CEC

Can't find any ref to CEC on this Sony set, but I've enabled everything I can find in the options menu ref sound output/HDMI. The  HDMI cable I'm using is a good quality one, but I'm beginning to think the problem may be with the connection between the TV and the. Ultra.

Sony usually calls CEC Bravia Sync.
