Just got a rays sound bar and plugged it in ran through normal setup with no issues. App said it needed an update and ran the update. Now the speaker is acting like it has no power. I’ve attempted factory reset different outlets etc and no lights will turn on the sound bar. Anyone had this issue? We have several Sonos products and have never had one turn to a brick with an update

Make sure that the power cord is fully inserted into the unit. Sometimes more force is required than expected.
Otherwise, hardware failure is likely. Mother Nature is never fair. You’ll need to take this up with SONOS support.
