Issue with Apple TV and Sonos Beam

Hi,

 

I have issues playing series on DisneyTV, AppleTV or Netflix via the AppleTV OS.

 

I am using an LG smart tv (OLED65C8), combined with an Apple TV 4k (first generation) as well as a Sonos Beam for audio.

When watching series or movies, every few minutes the sound cuts off for 1-2 seconds and sometimes the picture jumps a bit. Then everything is fine for a few mins before it starts again.

 

I do not seem to have the issue when accessing Netflix content via the LG OS but would prefer to use AppleTV.

 

Has anyone had similar issues in the past?

Does your Apple TV have a strong network connection? Try restarting the Apple TV and router. You could also try connecting the Apple TV directly to the router with an ethernet cable.
