Inverted Era 300s

Question

It's been over a year, is there any discussions on when this will be supported?  The documents from the box itself says to mount inverted if x feet from ceiling, yet the Sonos ecosystem says era 300 not supported?  Is this due to the app issues or lack of focus/support for new products?

Hi @tjwilliam07I am happy to confirm that TruePlay Tuning now supports the use of inverted Era 300s in a Home Theatre setup.I hope this helps.

Hi @tjwilliam07Thanks for your post!Inverted mounting of Era 300 is supported, but TruePlay Tuning of them in this orientation is not yet supported.Please note that we have identified an issue whereby a message erroneously shows stating that inverted mounting is not yet supported when it in fact is.
