I have an Arc Ultra sound bar and I'm thinking about In-wall speakers for the rear. I have power available, so can I go without the amp and just connect them to my Arc Ultra through WiFi?

No. The Arc doesn’t have an amplifier to drive rear speakers. It does send a signal, but it needs to be ‘received’ by the Amp, which powers the rear speakers.
