Not to contradict @nik9669a….but taking your question a bit further for clarification sake...

  • If using the Beam2 and the Era 100 and Sub to create a home theater you are spot-on as the Era 100 and Sub-mini are bonded to the Beam2
  • On the other hand if you are planing to Group the Beam2 to the Era 100 and bonded Sub-Mini (meaning the latter two are a separate room apart from the Beam2) there will be a 75ms delay to the Era 100 w/Sub-mini for TV audio.
  • Grouping all for music there is no delay
  • Also know that if Grouping is your goal the low-end from the TV audio will not transfer to the sub-mini that is bonded to the Era 100’s

I have a Beam2 connected to my TV via HDMI. Then, I bought a sub mini for bass. I added two Era 100’s for surround and I’m very pleased with the result. it works great for TV/Movies and is fantastic for music as well.
