Just started tonight, turn the tv or music up and 2 seconds later it’s back down? No Alexa connected.

i turn the sound up and 2 seconds laters it goes back down

Try unplugging all of your speakers and TV from power for a couple of minutes and reboot your router. Also disconnect and reconnect the HDMI cable from the Arc to the TV.
