If you’ve tried for a year you must have eliminated some possible problems.

What have you tried? What error messages do you get? What is the current state of your speakers - have you got them all visible in your system?

Keep in mind this is a user to user forum with minimal Sonos staff presence.

If you want Sonos help you need to call Sonos support.

If you want other users to help we need as much information as possible.

“Nothing works” is a pretty broad set of symptoms. Can you be more specific on what you are trying to do and what is not working?
