Humming noise from Sonos One

Hello,

I have the same problem described in the two links below. A surround system with one Beam and two One SL. When no sound is coming to any of the two One SL (either because of no source or low volume) I can hear a humming noise.

Any idea what the solution could be?

I appreciate your effort in checking those relevant threads above.

I suggest that it’s best if you can record a video of the device while the issue occurs and capture the noise that it is producing, then give us a call and work with a technician live, they'll ask you to send the recording, then check your system health, and go from there. They have resources available for advanced troubleshooting, and the tools our agents can use would be very useful in this case especially when the device(s) needs to be diagnosed/evaluated.
