How do I turn on all of my speakers at the same time?

When I turn on my tv, my soundbar & sub woofer (gen3) power on, I have to go to my Sonos app to turn on my (2) era 300 speakers.

Set up the Era 300s as surrounds with the Arc:

Are your Era 300 speakers intended to be setup as surround speakers?  If so…

Hi.  Are the Era speakers added as surrounds to the soundbar, or are they just grouped?
