How to get 5.1 with two amps and Sonos Sub

Hi there,

We have a room with two Sonos amps, one for front pair of ceiling speakers and one amp for rear ceiling speakers and a Sonos Sub configured for 4.1 surround sound, all with wired ethernet

Is there a Sonos product availlable (preferably with wired ethernet port) that could drop into this system to act as centre speaker to enable 5.1 surround sound?

No, unfortunately Sonos does not sell a ‘center’ speaker, nor is there a provision in the Sonos software for one to be introduced from a third party. The only ‘center’ speakers from a physical sense are in the various Sonos soundbars, which also include right and left speakers.

The Sonos Amp uses the right and left channels to create an interpolated center channel.
