We have our tv Woking with our ray sound bar but no sound via our speakers and sub.

Have you set the TV to outout Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound in the TV settings and tried playing a Movie/Show that has surround sound audio (try Movies available within Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ etc?)
