I have a set up including an ARC front and center with a SUB(gen 4) and two 300 series surround speakers in my great room. I am having trouble hearing any of the dialogue with movies sports etc, the voices are faint and when I turn it up the bass and surrounding music is so loud it is unbearable for others in the rest of the house. I have done all of the room set up programming including TRU sound and also changed the sound height levels doesn't seem to help. any ideas?

What kind of signal is being received by your Arc through this TV/projector/thing? It shows on the ‘now playing’ page in the controller.
Were I to hazard a guess, for some reason, you’re only receiving stereo, but without more details about the rest of your setup, it’s hard to tell.
You can adjust the volume of the surrounds for music or TV in the room’s settings for the Arc.
