Hi - I have a new portable projector and screen for occasional use. How can I set up theatre sound with minimal wires? Is Bluetooth ok ? Must I have a cable stretching from the projector to a soundbar beneath the screen ? I can only see them on sale about about a meter long ? Can a soundbar be placed anywhere closer to the viewer / projector and still create atmos effects ? Eg to my left or right not face on ?

AIUI you’ll need eARC into a soundbar to handle Atmos. If so, that’s going to force you to cable from the projector if that’s your audio source?
Frankly, it seems a lot of hassle for a portable system for occasional use. Bluetooth and stereo seems much easier?
