When playing music with AirPlay through my Playbase, Gen 3 Subwoofer and 2 Play:1’s I get persistent drops of music and stutters.  All the other Sonos models play fine except for this one system/group.  Have a Gen 1 Beam plugged in to ethernet with wifi enabled with 2 Play:1’s and it’s just fine.  All other Sonos products use Wifi.

This is, for better or not, the Sonos community, and not Sonos support. If you want someone to look at, and discuss that diagnostic, your best bet is to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
