Hi,

My beam gen2 works fine on my Samsung tv untill I turn hdmi eARC on. When it's on I get random cut outs.

Does anyone know of a fix for this issue?

That suggests that perhaps one of the other devices you have connected has a poorly implemented CEC, which is ‘fighting’ for the audio sync portion of the network. Try removing all but one source and the Sonos to see which source is causing the dropouts and when you find it, either turn off CEC on it, or get one of those Lindy CEC adapters to put on that cable.

Luckily I only have 1 other device plugged in via hdmi so that narrows it down. I'll turn off cec and see if it improves.

Also be sure to set the Digital Output Audio Format setting on the TV to Pass-Through.
