I have an Arc Ultra and a Sub 4. Currently, the Arc Ultra is connected to the internet via a switch, and the Sub 4 is connected via Wi-Fi. I would like to hardwire the connection to the Sub 4. Is it just a matter of connecting an ethernet cable from the switch to the Sub 4? Are there any other steps I must take to complete the conversion?

There is no need to wire the Sub if you are not having issues, If the Ultra and Sub are ion the same room, the Sub will use the private WIFI transmitted by the Ultra to bond to it. When they bond the Sub no longer uses your home’s WIFI.
If you are adamant about wiring the Sub and your switch is a basic unmanaged switch, all you need to do is plug in an ethernet cable and the Sub will connect. If it is a managed switch, you will need to make sure you have STP configured properly. Sonos speakers can cause your network to crash otherwise.
