I have an Arc Ultra with a sub (gen 2), Apple TV 4k for streaming and like to switch between my tv and using spotify on my mac.  Works great with no issues UNTIL I added a Move 2 so that I could have that sound in my kitchen.  After much difficulty I finally got the Move 2 to sync with my Arc Ultra playing sound from my TV, (no idea how I did it but it worked) UNTIL I switched to playing spotify on my mac.  Lost all signal to the Move 2 and now it won’t even connect back to my TV.  iPhone app has been only more confusing.  Very frustrated now.  Do I have the wrong product for this type of usage?  Anyone else have this issue?

Hello @posully, welcome to the Sonos Community!

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with TV audio playing to your Sonos Move 2 along with your Sonos Arc Ultra and Sonos Sub (Gen 2).

So that I can understand completely, you are grouping your Home Theater Room (Sonos Arc Ultra + Sonos Sub Gen 2) via the Sonos App with your Sonos Move 2 in order to play TV audio in your kitchen, is that correct?

Is there a chance you were trying to connect via Bluetooth to the Sonos Move 2 or AirPlay?

iPhone app has been only more confusing.  Very frustrated now.  Do I have the wrong product for this type of usage?  Anyone else have this issue?

What is your experience with the Sonos App on your iPhone?

You can group any Sonos product with a Sonos soundbar like the Sonos Arc Ultra to have TV audio play in multiple rooms, although there will be a slight delay on the sound playing on the grouped speakers.

Feel free to reply here with any questions and either me or any of our users in the Community will try to assist you further.

I hope this helps.
