Why does my beam suddenly make a crazy loud buzzing noise when I pause Netflix?
System was fine and suddenly started acting crazy. Using hdmi-earc from tv to beam.
Within 10 minutes of these events submit a diagnostic and follow up with SONOS phone support. Be sure to log which content you are viewing.
There have been a few similar reports and SONOS is collecting data.
