I got the arc, sub, and 2 play one on my living room and I’m planning to get the era 300. My question is what’s the best setup for them while keeping the play one in the setup.

One Era300 or two? Either way you can’t bond it/them with your Arc in combination with the Ones.
A pair of Era300s could be bonded as surrounds instead of the Ones.
Then for non-TV audio you could group the lot.
Grouping for TV does work but the slight delay makes it best if the additional speakers aren’t in th TV room.
