Posting the same thing over and over is considered Spam and is against the TOS of this site.  Posts violating the TOS will result in deleted posts and possible banning.

Why not call Sonos Support every day and ask for that?

Not saying it will help but at least you’d be getting to someone that works for Sonos and not just aggravating other users.
